Book a Challenge

Tell us the hotel, timing and any specific areas you want reviewed.

We Evaluate

Using the first three GEE pillars, we review the experience across a typical stay and key touchpoints.

You Receive Insight

Within 48 hours, you receive a structured report with clear findings and evidence.

Process

A discreet, structured review from first conversation to final report.

The X Challenge is designed to be simple to commission, operationally discreet and focused on the Exploration, Experience and Evidence needed before meaningful improvement can begin.

03

Headline debrief

Following the stay, we meet with the appointed contact to discuss the headline issues and immediate observations.

04

Full report

A structured report is then provided, usually within 48 hours, with clear findings, evidence and practical next steps.

Costs

Transparent by design.

Variable element
